Mark Thomas has extensive experience in the food and beverage industry, currently serving as Vice President of Food & Coffee at Pret A Manger since April 2017, where previous roles included Food Director and Director of Technical & QA. Prior to this, Mark held positions at innocent drinks from September 2012 to April 2017, including Supply Chain & Product Innovation Manager and Technical Operations Manager. Earlier roles include New Product Development Manager at Monty's Bakehouse and various technical positions at Delice de France Ltd and McCormick & Company. Mark holds an Executive MBA in Strategic Leadership from Quantic School of Business and Technology, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Food Microbiology from the University of Nottingham.
