Frank Garcia

Frank Garcia has a strong background in real estate investment management, with extensive experience as a Managing Director in various companies. Frank most recently worked at Pretium, a specialized investment manager with over $50 billion in assets, where they held the role of Managing Director. Prior to that, they worked at Prudential Real Estate Investors and PGIM Real Estate, also as a Managing Director. Earlier in their career, they held the position of Managing Director at RREEF/DB Wealth & Asset Management and Vice President at Spieker Properties.

Frank Garcia obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of the Pacific in 1987.
