Travis Leeser has a varied work experience in technical support roles. Travis began their career at Hiawatha Broadband Communications, Inc in 2000 as a Technical Support Specialist, where they provided technical support for internet connections and set up customer machines. In 2001, they joined IBM as a Technical Support Professional, where they supported various software suites including IBM SPSS Modeler, IBM SPSS Collaboration and Deployment Services, ShowCase Query and Report Writer, SPSS SigmaPlot and SigmaScan, and IBM SPSS DataCollection. Travis worked at IBM for nearly two decades before joining Preventice Solutions in 2020 as a Product Support Solutions Analyst.
Travis Leeser completed their Bachelor's Degree in Biology from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota from the year 1996 to 1999.
