Daniel Höfer has a diverse work experience in the field of software development and IT administration. Daniel is currently working as a Lead Software Developer at Prewave since January 2020. Prior to that, they served as the Head of IT at Druckerei from April 2017 to January 2020. Daniel also worked as a Software Engineer at Druckerei Wien from December 2010 to April 2017. Before that, they were a Netzwerk-Administrator at HTBLVA Spengergasse from September 2008 to December 2010. Daniel also worked as a Softwareentwickler at IBM Österreich from July 2007 to August 2008. Daniel started their career with internships in software development at Wave-Solutions in 2006 and Softwarkstatt in 2004.
Daniel Höfer attended HTBLVA Spengergasse from 2002 to 2007, where they studied Elektronische Datenverarbeitung und Organisation. However, they did not obtain a degree from this institution. Following this, they enrolled at Technische Universität Wien from 2008 to 2014 and earned a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Software and Information Engineering. In December 2018, Daniel Höfer obtained the ISMS-Manager & -Auditor certification from TÜV Austria.
