Marcelino Balster has extensive experience in Human Resources management, currently serving as Manager Shared Service HR at PreZero Nederland since June 2021 and previously holding the same title at SUEZ Nederland from April 2008 to June 2021. Responsibilities included overseeing a team of 11 in areas such as Compensation & Benefits, payroll, and pension administration, ensuring accurate and timely salary payments for over 2000 employees while minimizing complaints. Prior to this, Marcelino worked at TNO from 1990 to 2008 in various roles related to HR information management, leading HR projects, and managing personnel information and administration. Marcelino holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from HBO Bedrijfskunde, attained between 2006 and 2009.
