Phil Smith

Phil Smith has extensive experience in project management and asset strategy within the event production industry. Currently serving as Asset Manager - EMEA and formerly in various leadership roles, including Director of Asset Strategy and Director of Project Management at Production Resource Group since October 2014, Phil has demonstrated a strong ability to oversee and optimize asset utilization across the Middle East. Prior to this, Phil held the position of Senior Project Manager at Gearhouse LLC and also worked as a Project Manager at XL Video. Phil's earlier career includes significant contributions as HOD Technical Production / Project Manager at Gearhouse Staging Connections and roles at Hawthorns, where project management skills were developed.
