Sian Sze Wing Leong, PCC, is a seasoned executive coach and facilitator with extensive experience in coaching leaders from global organizations, including Fortune 100 companies and startups. Currently serving as an Executive Coach at Mind Canopy, PRI Leadership, and Si Horizons LLC, Sian specializes in providing tailored coaching solutions and leadership development programs. Sian also facilitates the impactful "Spot Coaching Program" at the Hudson Institute of Coaching. Previously, Sian was Managing Director at Cuckoo Films Limited, co-produced the top-grossing "Baby Blues 3D" in China, and has a broad background in film and television production. Sian holds a Master of Arts in Architecture from the University of Cambridge and has pursued various education opportunities in film, television, and performing arts.
