Rob Kerr is a seasoned professional in the field of mergers and acquisitions (M&A), currently serving as the Director of M&A Integration at PRITCHETT, LP since March 2025, where responsibilities include leading Integration Management Offices (IMOs) and ensuring Day 1 readiness. As the founder of Kerr Integration, established in December 2014, Rob aids business leaders in navigating their M&A integration journeys. With prior roles as an M&A Integration Leader at Global PMI Partners and various interim leadership positions across multiple organizations, Rob has demonstrated expertise in driving successful integrations. Additionally, Rob is the author of "Project Future - 6 Steps to Success as Your Own Boss," a recognized publication in the business sector. Educational background includes a BA (Hons) in Business Studies with Law from the University of Brighton.
