Amanda Apodaca, SPHR, is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and organizational leadership. Currently serving as Senior Director of Talent Acquisition at PRIDE Industries since September 2009, Amanda leads a skilled team in enhancing the employee journey and fostering organizational culture. Prior roles include Director of Talent Acquisition, Human Resources Director, and Human Resources Manager at PRIDE Industries, along with serving as Interim Executive Director at BeauCARE and Human Resources Manager at Beauregard Electric Cooperative, Inc. Amanda holds an Associate of Arts degree from Liberty University and a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Learning and Leadership, along with a certificate in Human Resource Leadership from the University of Louisville.
