Mike McShea has over 15 years of experience in project controls and management. Mike is currently the Director of Project Controls at Pride Resource Partners, where they work with skilled professionals and project leaders to manage and implement infrastructure projects. Prior to that, they served as a Project Controls Manager at Gafcon, Inc., overseeing project planning, scheduling, cost engineering, and risk management. Mike also gained valuable experience at Burns and McDonnell, where they worked in project controls, and WorleyParsons, where they held various roles including Lead Scheduler and Associate Project Controls Specialist.
Mike McShea attended California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo from 2000 to 2005, where they obtained a degree in Construction Management. Mike does not have any additional certifications at this time.
