Valerie Perez is a versatile professional with extensive experience in operations, accounting, and fashion design. Currently serving as Operations Coordinator and Office Coordinator at Pride Resource Partners since August 2019, Valerie is responsible for payroll, invoicing, employee engagement, and social media management, achieving a significant milestone in shaping lobbying efforts for LGBT business enterprises. With a long tenure as Accounting Manager at Audio Visual Aids, Valerie handles financial reconciliations, payroll, and tax preparations for the company. As a Freelance Fashion Designer and founder of Verseau, Valerie has received accolades such as Womenswear Designer of the Year at the San Antonio Fashion Awards and has been featured in various media outlets. Prior roles include Rental Specialist at Mac Rentals, Client Services at Saks Fifth Avenue, Co-Owner of My City Crawl, and Office Manager at Gentle Hearts Home Health Care. Valerie holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Fashion Design & Merchandising from the International Academy of Design & Technology.
