Lina Ciccone currently serves as the Head of People Operations and International Expansion Support at Prima since September 2024. Previously, Lina held the position of Head of People Operations at XTEL from July 2022 to July 2024 and worked for YOOX NET-A-PORTER GROUP from July 2010 to March 2022 in various roles including HR Operations Manager and HR Administration Manager. Lina's extensive experience in human resources includes overseeing industrial relations, managing disciplinary measures, handling payroll for Italy, and implementing HR policies. Additional professional experience includes serving as the Responsible for Quality System at Telecontacto Group srl and as an HR Generalist at Telework s.r.l., focusing on recruiting and training. Lina holds a Laurea in Economia e Commercio from the University of Naples ‘Parthenope’ and a High School Diploma from Liceo Scientifico E. Medi.
