Previously, as National Sales Manager for TRUMPF in India, Dharmendra spearheaded the Laser Technology business division and played a key role in establishing the India subsidiary for IDI Laser Services as Country Head. Early career experience includes a sales manager position at Jakson Group, focusing on direct sales of capital equipment. Educational qualifications include a certificate in Advanced Strategic Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode, executive training in developing strategic mindset from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, an MBA in Marketing from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee, and a Master of Science in Theoretical and Mathematical Physics from Hemwati Nandan Bahuguna Garhwal University.
