Role:

The Senior Copywriter is a crucial role that will enable us to craft exceptional and compelling content, elevating both our clients' brand narratives and our internal creative standards. Specifically, this entails:

• Driving the creation of high-quality, original, and impactful copy across a variety of mediums.
• Leading copy-related projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and brand guidelines.
• Mentoring and guiding junior copywriters to foster team development and uphold content excellence.
• Collaborating closely with Creative, Strategy, and Client Service teams to deliver outstanding campaigns.

This role demands a mastery level of copywriting, creative ideation, storytelling, content strategy, project management, and team leadership. To be successful, you must have exceptional attention to detail, a deep understanding of branding, and a passion for creating engaging content that resonates with audiences.

Responsibilities:

• Craft and oversee the production of persuasive, creative, and high-quality copy for diverse marketing materials.
• Lead brainstorming sessions, conceptualize campaign ideas, and bring innovative solutions to life.
• Act as the primary content consultant for key clients, offering strategic guidance and elevating their brand voice.
• Conduct in-depth research to ensure accurate and effective communication tailored to target audiences.
• Review and refine copy to meet Primal’s high standards and align with client objectives.
• Train and mentor junior team members, sharing knowledge and fostering professional growth.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Contribute to team and company-wide objectives by introducing fresh ideas and approaches.
• Ensure that all deliverables adhere to timelines and maintain Primal’s quality standards and processes.

Results:

• Deliver high-impact copy that aligns with strategic objectives and surpasses client expectations.
• Maintain quality standards by consistently delivering polished content with minimal revisions.

Requirements:

• Proven expertise in copywriting across multiple formats, including digital, print, and advertising.

• Strong research and storytelling skills, with the ability to create content that engages diverse audiences.

• Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines seamlessly.

• Experience mentoring and leading junior team members to foster a collaborative environment.
