Prior to this role, Erika held the position of Product Development and Sales Coordinator at Gloves International Inc, where responsibilities included key account management and design assistance for seasonal lines. Erika also has experience as the Director of Retail Operations at Event Network, LLC, focusing on visual merchandising, partner relations, and team management. Erika initiated their career with a marketing internship at Mystic Aquarium & Institute for Exploration and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business and Marketing from Quinnipiac University.
