Stephen Roller has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Stephen currently serves as the President & CEO of Primary Health Solutions, where he's responsible for the direction and outcomes of all clinical programs. Stephen also holds the position of Chief Clinical Officer in the same organization. Previously, they worked as the Chief Operating Officer & Chief Clinical Officer at Primary Health Solutions and as the Chief Clinical Officer at Alternate Solutions Health Network. Stephen Roller has also worked as a Nurse Practitioner Director at Alternate Solutions Health Network and as a Provider Manager at MD2U. Stephen started their career as a Family Nurse Practitioner at Primary Health Solutions and as a Perioperative Nurse at Mercy Health. Additionally, they served as an Adjunct Faculty at Xavier University in the field of Health Economic and Clinical Outcomes Research.
Stephen Roller, DHA, APRN-CNP, CENP, FAANP, FACHE has an extensive education history in healthcare administration and nursing. Stephen obtained their Doctor of Healthcare Administration and Leadership degree from the Medical University of South Carolina in 2016. Prior to that, they completed a Master of Science (M.S.) in Nursing Practice from The Ohio State University in 2009. Stephen also holds a Bachelor's of Science in Nursing, which they earned from The Ohio State University in 2007, and an Associate of Science (A.S.) in Nursing from Kettering College in 2005.
In addition to their educational achievements, Stephen has obtained several certifications to further enhance their expertise. Stephen became a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE) in January 2018. In June 2017, they became a Fellow of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (FAANP). Stephen also holds a certification in Executive Nursing Practice from the American Organization of Nurse Executives (AONE), which they obtained in January 2015. Finally, Stephen is certified as a Nurse Practitioner - Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners Certification Board (AANPCB), a certification they acquired in June 2009.

Primary Health Solutions is a leading Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Southwest Ohio. Our mission is to improve community wellness through access to quality, affordable, and integrated primary healthcare. Primary Health Solutions strives to provide services to all members of the community regardless of their ability to pay. We serve patients through our nine integrated health centers, four of which are school based health centers in Hamilton, Fairfield, Middletown, and Edgewood City Schools. Patients are also able to access our mobile dental unit that travels between locations. We also are a strong advocate for collaboration with other healthcare providers, organizations, and hospitals within the area. Our services include: medical, dental, vision, coordinating care, nutritional assistance, X-ray, Express Care, WIC services, behavioral health, pharmacy, OB/GYN, and access to certified health insurance counselors. One unique feature of Primary Health Solutions is the access that patients are able to access multiple services at any of our locations making our centers a 'one stop shop'.
