Nikita Riddhesh Kargutkar is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in HR management across various regions, including EMEA, APAC, UK, USA, UAE, India, Singapore, and the Middle East. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Bureau Veritas Primary Integration since September 2021, Nikita previously held the position of Manager - HR & Admin within the same company. Prior to this, expertise was developed at CitiusTech as an Assistant Manager Human Resources and a Senior Executive, handling the employee life cycle and HR business partner roles for global offices. Early career experiences include HR Executive roles at Godrej Infotech Ltd and a summer internship at Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited. Nikita holds an Executive Post Graduate Diploma in HRM from Tata Institute of Social Sciences and a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management from Guru Nanak Institute of Management Studies, complemented by a BMS in Marketing from the University of Mumbai.
