Anna Elwood

Anna Elwood currently serves as Chief Operating Officer at Cascade, beginning in April 2024, where responsibilities include planning and tracking strategic initiatives within an innovative platform. Concurrently, Anna provides strategic guidance as an Expert at Primary Venture Partners, an early-stage venture firm in New York City that supports the growth of numerous successful startups. Anna's previous experience includes roles at Teachable, where leadership of a 75-member team contributed to over 100% revenue growth, and Knotel as Global Head of Customer Success, overseeing operations across multiple countries. Earlier in career, Anna was Vice President of Operations at Zocdoc, playing a critical role in scaling operations from a startup to a unicorn. Anna holds an MFA from Penn State University and a Magna Cum Laude BFA from Adelphi University, specializing in Theatre and English.
