Bridget Flaherty

Bridget Flaherty is an experienced professional currently serving as the Director of Primary Labs Operations at Primary Venture Partners and previously as Incubation Operations Lead. Flaherty has also been a Troop Member at TroopHR since October 2022. Prior to these roles, Flaherty held various positions at Fractal Software, including Senior Talent Director, Talent Director, and Talent Lead from January 2021 to September 2023. Additional experience includes working as an Associate Recruiter at LeafLink and as a Recruitment & Group Engagement Associate at ACR Health. Flaherty's background also features a role as Recruitment and Group Engagement Lead at Santa Clara University and a brief stint as a Research Assistant at the Desmond Tutu HIV Foundation. Flaherty began a career in project management at Mile of Music in 2015. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s of Science in Political Science and Communications from Santa Clara University, complemented by studies at the University of Cape Town in 2016.
