Tom Ogletree

Tom Ogletree is the Founding Executive Director of Factor Fellowship, a nonprofit established by Primary Venture Partners that aims to connect underrepresented talent in New York City with opportunities in venture-backed startups. Ogletree also serves as a Lecturer at Columbia University's School of International and Public Affairs, teaching a course on building and scaling social impact programs. Previously, Ogletree held leadership roles including Group Vice President of Operations at Schmidt Futures, Senior Vice President of Corporate & External Affairs at General Assembly, and Director of Operations at the Clinton Foundation. Early career experience includes positions at CCS, GLAAD, and Viacom. Ogletree holds a Bachelor of Arts from Yale University and a Master of Public Administration from New York University.
