Kieran D'Silva

Kieran D'Silva is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. As Co-founder and CFO of PrimaryBid.com since January 2016, Kieran has spearheaded the development of innovative equity offerings for retail investors and led the company's FCA application and fundraising efforts through multiple investment stages. Prior experience includes serving as CFO at Darwin Strategic Limited, where Kieran contributed to financing growth companies on the Alternative Investment Market. Previous roles include Investment Banking Associate at Citi, with a focus on M&A transactions, and an Executive at Ernst & Young in the Financial Services Audit sector. Kieran also co-founded Doc Com Design, a web design company for General Practice Surgeries, which received an innovation grant from Scottish Enterprise. Kieran is a Chartered Accountant, having completed education at the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland and holds a BA with First Class Honours in Economics from Durham University.
