Prime Architectural Metal and Glass, Inc. was founded in 1993 by Michael and Virginia Butz who now serves as the company’s Board of Directors. Michael is actively involved in the business as President and Virginia manages accounting as Vice-President. Prior to forming Prime Architectural, Michael was the general field superintendent for Arcadia Products, Inc. and prior to that, superintendent for Harmon Contract Glazing and Cupples Products.

In 1996, Ronald Durak joined the company as Senior Project Engineer. Ron is a licensed architect with extensive engineering background and many years of experience as project manager at Arcadia Products, Inc. and PPG Industries.

Prime Architectural has enjoyed more than 25 years of steady growth by serving the commercial glass and glazing market with high quality curtain wall, storefront and window products and carefully managed partnerships with the industry’s most respected general contractors.
