Donnabel Kuizon Cruz currently serves as the President and CEO of Prime Energy, a position held since December 2022. With over two decades of experience at Shell, Donnabel has held various leadership roles, including Integrated Planning Manager for Shell Malaysia Upstream, where responsibility included strategic and operational planning, and Business Advisor to the Executive Vice President for Shell Upstream Operated Ventures, overseeing business delivery across multiple regions. Previous positions also included Health, Safety, Security and Environment Manager for Shell Upstream Philippines and Senior Hydrocarbon Management Consultant for Shell Global Solutions, focusing on performance improvement in hydrocarbon management. Donnabel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from the University of Santo Tomas, obtained from 1996 to 2000.

Prime Energy (Prime Energy Resources Development B.V.), a subsidiary of Prime Infrastructure Capital Inc., is a natural gas exploration and development company. It owns the 45-percent operating interest in Service Contract 38, or the Malampaya deep water gas-to-power project, supplying 20 percent of Luzon’s electricity requirements.
