Jason Cruz is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in maintenance execution and project management. Currently serving as Head of Engineering and Projects and Head of Maintenance Execution at Prime Energy since January 2021, Jason previously held various leadership roles at Shell from July 2013 to October 2022, including Head Of Maintenance Execution and Offshore Maintenance Team Leader. Prior to that, Jason contributed as a Global Process Improvement Engineer at The Coca-Cola Company and as a Senior Quality Engineer at Intel, where notable achievements included the development of Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) processes and enhancements in preventive maintenance programs. Jason holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from De La Salle University, earned between 1996 and 2000.
