Laurie Cole

Laurie Cole has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Laurie began their career in 1997 as a Customer Relations Specialist at Electronic Data Systems, where they established and maintained relationships with customers, dealerships, and Buick field personnel. Laurie then moved on to become a Team Leader at the Buick Customer Relations Center before transitioning to the role of Service Request Owner, where they managed IT requests for General Motors. In 2000, Laurie became an Internal Sales Representative at Electronic Data Systems and processed IT hardware and service procurement requests for General Motors. Laurie also served as an ITO Service Delivery Consultant/Procurement Business Analyst at Hewlett Packard Enterprise from 2007 to 2016, providing procurement and customer service support for multiple clients. Laurie worked as a Mortgage Loan Processor at Urban Fulfillment Services LLC from 2017 to 2018, managing workflow and pipeline to ensure loans closed according to contract guidelines. Currently, Laurie is employed at PrimePay as a Client Success Representative, specializing in payroll services.

Laurie Cole obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Management from Walsh College, where they attended from 1994 to 1997.
