Florencia Tettamanti

Florencia Tettamanti is a People Ops Partner at Primer, and has previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant and People Partner. Florencia has been with Primer since April 2018 and has helped the company through its biggest growth so far. Florencia is responsible for creating and owning a professional, informative and comprehensive onboarding and induction process, dealing with all relevant compliance requirements, including policy upkeep & GDPR compliance, proposing and coordinating team building events (remote and on site), supporting managers with ongoing performance & development management, streamlining our workforce planning and recruitment processes, building career development plans and L&D strategies.

Florencia Tettamanti has a degree in strategic people management from CIPD qualifications. Florencia also has a level 5 HR management qualification from the same institution. In addition, they have a payroll diploma from New Skills Academy. Florencia also has an MSc in Psychology from the School of Human Development and a Social Psychologist qualification from the Social Psychology Institute.
