Sam Elgar

Sam Elgar currently serves as Head of Customer Success at Primer and Chapter Lead Ambassador at Customer Success Collective. Previously, Sam held several key positions at Shopify, including Head of Customer Success for EMEA, and Senior Manager of Customer Success and Implementation for the AMER region, overseeing large teams and developing service offerings in customer success. Prior experience includes co-founding Ritual Music, where Sam focused on business development and sales strategy, and leading partnerships at Invoke Co. Sam's career also features roles in marketing and account management. Sam holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from The University of British Columbia and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Capilano University.
