Prior experience includes significant positions at Bloomin' Brands, Inc., where Ryan developed multiple successful marketing strategies, including the Dine Rewards loyalty program and new restaurant concepts. From 2007 to 2014, Ryan contributed to Outback Steakhouse as Vice President of Local Marketing, enhancing internal communication and processes.
