Jose Rodriguez, P.S.M. is an experienced Survey Manager with a Bachelor's degree in Science in Surveying and Topography from the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez. Jose has held various roles in companies such as Prince Contracting, LLC, EBI Surveying, and Xacta Geomatics, with experience ranging from Survey Party Chief to Survey Instrument Man. Notably, Jose was involved in establishing a GIS database for State Roads in Puerto Rico during their time at Xacta Geomatics.
