Timothy Schmidt, MS, currently serves as the Director of Programs and Strategy at Princeton AlumniCorps since July 2023. Previously, Timothy had a significant tenure at City Year from August 2016 to July 2023, where roles included Senior Impact Manager and Impact Manager, focusing on the implementation of AmeriCorps programs in Philadelphia schools. As Senior Impact Manager, responsibilities involved co-leading developmental experiences for Impact Managers and consulting on service strategy. Prior roles included Senior AmeriCorps Team Leader and AmeriCorps Member, emphasizing student engagement and academic interventions. Additional experience includes work as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Pennsylvania and as a Service Engagement Advocate at Stockton University. Timothy holds a Master of Science in Nonprofit Leadership from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Stockton University.
