Dillon Shokar is a seasoned entrepreneur, investor, and recognized thought leader in biotech venture building, with over a decade of experience spanning biopharmaceutical strategy consulting and venture capital. He has founded and scaled multiple portfolio companies to seven and eight-figure ARR with industry-leading 70–80% profit margins,combining scientific insight with commercial discipline to drive exceptional returns. His track record includes building ventures from concept to market leadership, orchestrating successful exits, and advising high-growth biotech and MedTech businesses on strategy, financing, and global expansion.

As Founder of Princeton Biopartners, an award-winning strategic consulting firm, Dillon has led high-profile engagements including the Integrated Evidence Generation Plan for Moderna and due diligence behind the largest acquisition in the pain category in 2022. His client work spans growth-financing deals for MedTech innovators, go-to-market strategies for oncology therapies, and scaling strategies for healthcare ventures across the US, UK, Switzerland, and Japan.

Dillon’s entrepreneurial experience extends beyond consulting. He was part of the co-founding team for SafePay, a Y Combinator Winter 2020 company backed by Stripe, unlocking banking access for SMEs in emerging markets. Earlier in his career, he served as a direct report to the Chief Strategy Officer at IPG Health (NYSE: IPG), supporting global new business development initiatives, and began his career as an Analyst at Samsung Ventures. Dillon studied Biostatistics at King’s College London and Data Science at Harvard University.
