Sabbir Liakat is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the fields of business management and scientific research. Currently serving as the Business Segment Manager at Teledyne Princeton Instruments since January 2019, Sabbir leads the physical sciences and R&D vertical while managing a $55 million scientific device portfolio focused on market-driven business development. Prior experience includes roles as Sr. Principal Scientist at Princeton Identity from August 2016 to October 2018, where data science was employed to optimize system performance, and Research Scientist at SRI International, contributing to biometric access control innovations. Sabbir earned a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Princeton University and a dual Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Engineering from Hofstra University.
