Sharyn Drasner is a seasoned electrical engineer with extensive experience in hardware design, specializing in circuit boards and FPGAs for industrial and scientific cameras at Teledyne Princeton Instruments since May 2007. Prior to this role, Sharyn served as a lead hardware design engineer at Conexant Systems Inc., focusing on DSL equipment, and held similar positions at GlobespanVirata and Globespan. Other notable roles include distinguished member of the technical staff at TerraWorx, senior member of the technical staff at ViaGate Technologies, and member of the technical staff at Sarnoff Corporation, where Sharyn contributed to the design of digital television chipsets. Early career experience includes engineering consultancy at Interface Systems and electronic design at Vitronics Inc. and Weston Instruments. Sharyn holds a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering degree from The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art.
