Gayle's earlier career includes roles such as Assistant Supervisor of Member Financial Services at the Federal Home Loan Bank of Des Moines and Senior Settlements Coordinator at AEGON Asset Management. Gayle earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing from the University of Northern Iowa, completing studies from 1990 to 1994, and attended Northwestern College in Orange City, IA, from 1989 to 1990.
