Luis Damian, CPA, serves as a Technical Accounting Manager at Principal Consulting Group, focusing on SOX compliance and process improvement since January 2022. Prior experience includes the role of Associate Manager at The Siegfried Group and Audit Senior at Deloitte, where responsibilities encompassed leading audits and testing internal controls for various technology and manufacturing clients. Notably, Luis managed staff in both the US and India and specialized in revenue recognition under ASC 605 and 606 for SaaS companies. Earlier internships at Deloitte and Sawl Law Group provided foundational experience in auditing and legal research. Luis holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Santa Clara University, earned in 2016.
