Roni Schuling

Roni Schuling is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience at Principal Financial Group since August 1994, currently serving as Director of Enterprise Architecture with a focus on Information and Data. In this role, Roni develops technology strategies that support Principal's customer-centric approach through collaboration with data and analytic leaders. Previous positions include Enterprise Architect and Assistant Director of IT, where responsibilities included addressing complex business challenges and leading data management initiatives. Roni's prior experience includes serving as President of the Board of Directors for the Iowa Affiliate of Susan G. Komen for the Cure and working as a Computer Programmer at Dee Zee, Inc. Roni holds a BS in Computer Science from Simpson University, a Master Certification in Six Sigma Green Belt from Villanova University, and an MSCIS in Computer Science from the University of Phoenix.
