Julian Arrillaga Costa has a strong work history with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Julian is currently serving as the CEO of Principle Power since October 2021. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Operations at CIE Automotive from May 2018 to January 2022.

Prior to their time at GKN, Julian worked as an Engineer at Dasein Ingenieros from 1995 to 1996 and as a Structural Calculation Engineer at Bouygues from March 1992 to September 1994.
Julian Arrillaga Costa attended the University of Navarra from 1985 to 1991, where they obtained a degree in Mecanica (Mechanical Engineering).
