Randy Kjell has over three decades of work experience, primarily in IT leadership roles. Randy served as the IT Director at Prinova Group from 2015 onwards. Prior to that, they were also the IT Director at Now Health Group, Inc, dba NOW Foods from 2006 to 2015. Randy also held the position of VP/CIO at Knowles Electronics from 2000 to 2006, where they led a successful global ERP system implementation and created a Sales Support System to improve operational efficiency. Randy began their career at Sanford (A Newell Rubbermaid Company) in 1989 as the Manager of Operations Services and MIS.
Randy Kjell obtained a B.S. in Business and Math (Computer Science) from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay in 1981. Randy then pursued an MBA in Finance/Information Technology from the University of Illinois Chicago between 1984 and 1987. Later on, Randy completed an MA in Biblical Studies from Wheaton College in 2016. In addition to their degrees, they have obtained certifications in Microsoft Teams Quick Tips (2019), ITIL Foundation, and Scrum Master.
