Paul Schrupp has a diverse professional background with significant experience in the manufacturing and financial sectors. Since November 2015, Paul has held multiple managerial roles at Prinsco, Inc., including Manufacturing Engineering Manager, Overall Quality Manager, Corporate Quality Control Manager, Safety Manager, Safety Coordinator, Procurement Specialist, and Expense Analyst. Prior to this, Paul worked at Thrivent Financial as an Associate Representative, contributing to its mission of financial stewardship for the Christian community. Additionally, Paul gained valuable insights into operations management as a Facility Operations Management Intern at Cambria and developed customer service skills at Westside Liquor. Education includes a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Economics from Gustavus Adolphus College. Paul is equipped with a strong foundation in both finance and operational excellence, complemented by hands-on experience in various roles.
