Volodymyr Gorodyskyy started their work experience in 2011 as the Kyiv Plant Manager at Carlsberg Group. Volodymyr then joined Samsung Electronics in 2013 and held the position of Head of Service Support until 2018. Currently, they are working at Printec Group as the CS | Operations Director, starting from November 2018.
Volodymyr Gorodyskyy holds a Master's degree in Aircraft Production, Maintenance & Operation from National Aviation University, which they completed from 1998 to 2004. During the same period, they pursued a specialization in International Business Management at the Institute of Post-Graduate Education. In 2001, they also attended Ecole Centrale de Lyon, where they studied Aeronautical Engineering. In terms of additional certifications, Volodymyr obtained a certification in Learning Secure Payments and PCI from LinkedIn in January 2022, a certification in Calculating the Value and ROI of Customer Service from LinkedIn in January 2021, and a certification in Logistics Foundations from Lynda.com in June 2018. Volodymyr further expanded their educational portfolio by studying Global Service Operations at Samsung Corporate University starting in 2013.
