Noted for both his leadership skills and technical expertise in the semiconductor industry, Art Zafiropoulo founded and managed numerous companies prior to becoming president of Ultratech Inc. in 1990. He then led a management buy-out in 1993 and subsequently drove one of the industry’s most successful IPOs. He holds several United States and foreign patents and currently serves as a member of the Board of Trustees at Northeastern University.
