Natalja Demjanenko has a diverse work experience spanning over a period of several years. Natalja began their career in 2006 as the Chairwoman at the Association of social volunteers ODIN/VITA, where they held a leadership position. In 2012, they joined Daugavpils University as the Deputy head of the Regional German language and country studies centre for further education. After leaving Daugavpils University in 2014, they worked at JSC DITTON Driving Chain Factory as the Marketing Manager from 2015 to 2019. Currently, they are employed at Printful since September 2019, where they serve as a Customer Support Specialist.
From 2006 to 2008, Natalja Demjanenko attended Daugavpils University, where they earned a Master's degree in Manager of intercultural relations.
