Mihails Bagrovs has a diverse work experience in software development and management. Prior to that, they worked as a Development Team Lead and Software Engineer at E-Global Trade & Finance Group, Inc., focusing on PHP, Symfony, Docker, and Elasticsearch. Mihails also has experience as a Software Developer at SuiteStory, Transact Pro, and Tripcheat, contributing to the development of various backend systems and APIs.

Mihails Bagrovs completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Programming at Rīgas Tehniskā universitāte (Riga Technical University) in 2014. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Computer Science at the same university from 2014 to 2016.
