Bethany Swartz

Bethany Swartz, MBA, MS, CCM, currently serves as the Director of Medicaid Operations at Priority Health since May 2018, with previous roles including Manager of Medicaid and Individual Case and Disease Management and Lead Product Manager. Prior experience includes a Program Supervisor position at Spectrum Health and leadership consulting at 4th Gear Consulting. From September 2004 to December 2013, Bethany worked at Youth Villages, where multiple managerial roles were held, including Assistant Director. Bethany's professional background encompasses strategic program development, team training and engagement, compliance oversight for state and federal contracts, and quality assurance in healthcare services. Education includes a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Arts in Human Services, along with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Family Studies. Currently, Bethany holds the Certified Case Manager designation through the Commission for Case Manager Certification since January 2022.
