Previously, Daniel held various positions at Verizon Wireless from November 1999 to October 2008, including Director of Human Resource Strategy, where responsibilities included overseeing human resource strategy for retail and business sales as well as call center operations. Additional roles at Verizon Wireless included Director of Operations and Staff Manager of Retail Channel Support, where Daniel managed channel strategy for over 700 retail locations and coordinated variable compensation for 4,000 sales employees. Earlier in Daniel's career, retail sales management involved the development and growth of multiple retail store managers and operations across numerous distribution points. Daniel's educational background includes studies at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and Yavapai College.
