Lani L. started their work experience in 2015 as a Sales Associate at New York & Company. Lani drove sales and provided exceptional customer service. After that, they worked as a Text Information Associate at Follett Higher Education, where they partnered with team members to maintain store operations and assist customers with store inquiries. In 2017, they joined State Farm as a Sales Associate, where they underwrote insurance policies, maintained knowledge of insurance laws, and exceeded team goals. In 2019, they became an Assistant General Manager for Vista del Sol at American Campus Communities, where they coordinated property operations, managed financials, and oversaw maintenance requests. Currently, Lani works as a Business Development Sourcing Specialist at Priority1.

Following that, from 2016 to 2018, they pursued their degree in Political Science at Arizona State University, focusing on Political Science and Government.
