Jayne Stutt has over 20 years of experience in human resources and personnel management. Jayne currently serves as the Chief People Officer at Priory, a position they have held since June 2022. In this role, they are responsible for overseeing HR, L&D, and resourcing support for approximately 6,500 staff across 240 sites in the UK. Prior to this, Jayne worked as the HR Director for Priory Adult Care from February 2017 to June 2022, where they managed a team of 14 and supported over 2,500 employees in 40 services. Before joining Priory, they held the position of Strategic HR Business Partner at Derby City Council from October 2011 to September 2013. Jayne began their career in the HR field at Nottingham Community Housing Association, where they held various roles including HR Advisor, Assistant HR Officer, HR Assistant, and Customer Service Representative.
Jayne Stutt completed their education with a Post-Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from Nottingham Business School, Nottingham Trent University from 2008 to 2010. Jayne also earned a Certificate in Social Sciences from The Open University in 2001. In 1993 and 1994, they studied Economics & Business Studies as part of their A-Levels at Hugh Baird College. Prior to that, from 1985 to 1992, Jayne attended Sacred Heart High School, Liverpool, where they obtained 2 A-Levels & 11 GCSEs.
