Megan H.

Megan H. currently serves as the Head of People at Priovant Therapeutics, a clinical-stage biotechnology company dedicated to developing novel therapies for autoimmune diseases, since December 2021. In September 2023, Megan became a Techstars Mentor, providing guidance to startups in the Founder Catalyst program. Prior experience includes serving as Chief People Officer at PerfectServe and Protenus, as well as Director of People Operations at Curiosity Media, and involvement in healthcare program operations at Catalyst Professional Services, Inc., which Megan co-founded. Earlier roles include International Program Manager at American Hospital Services Group, Associate at the U.S. National Archives and Records Administration, and an internship in the Office of the First Lady at The White House. Megan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Maryland.
