PRISM
Jason C. is a skilled professional with extensive experience in research and manufacturing within the biomedical field. Currently serving as a Research Associate at Proteogenomics Research Institute for Systems Medicine (PRISM) since March 2021, Jason focuses on developing antibody and protein bioconjugates for diagnostic and therapeutic applications. Prior to this role, Jason worked as a Manufacturing Scientist at Biocept, Inc., producing bioconjugate reagents for clinical laboratories, and as a Research Assistant at Microsynbiotix, Ltd., developing transgenic microalgae for fish vaccination. Previous positions include Staff Research Associate at UC San Diego Health, where Jason investigated chronic e-cigarette effects on neutrophil function, as well as an Undergraduate Researcher and Laboratory Research Assistant at UC San Diego. Jason holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology from UC San Diego, obtained in 2018.
