Michael DeLessio joined PrismHR in 2013. In his role as Chief of Staff, Mike is responsible for the coordination and orchestration of key operational initiatives within PrismHR. Mike’s focus is in ensuring the alignment and accountability around those initiatives that span multiple divisions and functions within PrismHR.
Prior to PrismHR, Mike had more than 15 years of experience in professional services and customer support both in the US and on an international scale. Mike led and grew the Professional Services teams at MicroStrategy and Bullhorn software. Prior to Bullhorn, Mike was based in London for 10 years leading Professional Services for KANA Software. Mike graduated cum laude with a BS from Bentley University.
